Passport Program

Lewis Community Developers has created the Passport Program to encourage our partners within the real estate profession to visit and learn about homes within our communities.

When you visit either The Preserve at Chino or Shady Trails, pick up a tour guide from the Information Center or any sales office. Tour the neighborhoods and at the completion of each model tour you will receive a stamp in your tour guide. Turn your completed Tour Guide in to The Parkhouse Information Center staff and you will be given a $20 gift card.

Lewis Community Developers is the master developer and rewards are in addition to and not part of commission paid by individual guest builders. Rewards will be paid at the Close of Escrow and are non-transferable. Program terms are subject to change without notice. The recipient of any reward shall be responsible for all federal, state and local income, sales, and other taxes relating to any reward received, as well as for all fees, costs, and expenses associated with said reward. Lewis Community Developers will report all rewards to appropriate taxing authorities and issue necessary reports or notices (such as Form 1099) regarding such rewards to the recipients and taxing authorities. If Agent is not broker, Agent is responsible to disclose any rewards received to his/her employing Broker. 4/07
