What is the Passport Program and how does it work?
To encourage real estate professionals to visit all of our neighborhoods, we created the Passport Program.
Pick up a tour guide at the Information Center or any sales office at a Lewis Planned Community. Tour the neighborhoods and at the completion of each model tour you will receive a stamp in your tour guide. Turn your Tour Guide in to The Parkhouse Information Center staff and you will be given a $20 gift card.
What is The Parkhouse?
The Parkhouse has raised the bar for community recreation and is an excellent benefit to homeowners who value recreational and social living. This private, 15,000 square foot facility is the centerpiece of the community and showcases a 2,600 square-foot, state-of-the-art fitness center, game rooms, surround-sound theater, large meeting rooms, business center, and catering kitchen. Its beautiful park setting features outdoor amenities such as lighted tennis courts, a junior Olympic-sized swimming pool, spa, barbecues, gazebos and tot lots.
Does Lewis still build homes?
No. Lewis no longer builds homes. In 1999, Lewis sold their home building division to KB Homes. Today, our focus is on developing master planned communities, apartment communities, retail centers and industrial complexes.
