Apartment Referrals
Dear Realtors,
Lewis Apartment Communities recognizes your integral role in our business because of this we would like to become a partner with you. As part of this partnership you will receive a generous referral fee for recommending our communities to your clients and friends. Below are the two easy ways to send us your referral:
- Accompany your client(s) to any of our apartment communities.
- Have your client present your business card on their first visit to any of our apartment communities.
To qualify for a realtor referral your client must state that they are a realtor referral on their first visit. Lewis Apartment Communities offers every resident a 30 day Lewis Move-In Guarantee. If for any reason your client is not completely satisfied with their apartment home they can move out within the first 30 days of their lease and we will refund any deposits and unused rent, less damages and incentives. We will process broker/agent referral checks after your client has lived in their Lewis Apartment home for 30 days and it will take approximately 10 days to process the check as long as we have received from you both the REFERRAL and W9 FORMS. Checks can be sent directly to you.
Our referral program is open to all current and active licensed real estate agents and it pays:
- Referral of 6%* of the gross total rent on 6+ month leases. Gross total rent includes base rent plus any additional items such as corporate housing, pet rent, garages and offices. These additional items can add between $25-$2000 on top of the base rent.
- A $200 flat referral is paid on leases less than 6 months.
This program is in effect at all of our communities in Southern California. Residents will enjoy the ambiance of our locations, the convenience and on-site recreational facilities that make the name "Lewis" synonymous with superior apartments, town homes, villas, duplexes, and single-family residences; additionally, our communities are also pet friendly.**
Many of our properties are capable of providing short term or corporate housing to fulfill the particular needs of your clients. Corporate housing includes a fully furnished unit which can incorporate art for the walls, king size beds, fully furnished kitchen, linens and televisions. Be sure to ask your leasing consultant about all of our options.
